Objective

To provide a clear and concise procedure for team members to effectively sync products from a store to the Webrex dashboard and optimize them for SEO, ensuring minimal misunderstandings and errors.

Key Steps

  1. Check Product Limit:

    • Log into the Webrex dashboard.

    • Navigate to SEO Booster > Meta Tag > Products.

    • Verify the product limit (e.g., 50 products).

  2. Identify Products to Sync:

    • Confirm the total number of products in your store (e.g., 88 products).

    • Understand that only the latest products (up to the product limit) will be synced.

  3. Sync Products:

    • Click on the Sync Products button.

    • Monitor the bulk operation status. The sync process usually completes in less than 2 minutes for stores with fewer than 1,000 products.

  4. Verify Sync Completion:

    • After syncing, navigate to the Products section to ensure all synced products are displayed.

  5. Optimize SEO Settings:

    • For each product, review and update the following:

      • Focus keyword

      • SEO title

      • SEO description

      • URL

      • Product description

      • Image and all tags

    • Optimize images and add schema where applicable.

  6. Check for Errors and Warnings:
