There might be different reasons behind why you’re seeing those reviews and AggregateRating warnings.

The first reason might be the review app you’re using. For Webrex SEO Optimizer to read your reviews you need to have a review app that we’re integrated with. The review and AggregateRating warnings might appear if you’re using a different review app.

Or, if you’re not using a review app, this is another reason for the review and AggregateRating warnings. It's not critical to use a review app, but in case you consider installing one, here's the list of the review apps we're integrated with Areviews, Airreviews, Product Reviews, Fera product reviews, Growave, judge.me, junip product review, LAI product review, Loox Product review, Okendo, Opinew, Proviews, rapid reviews, Reviews.io, Rivyo product review, Ryviu, Shopify product review, Stamped product review, Trustoo product Ali reviews, Wiremo, Wisereviews, Yotpo, etc.

The other reason can be that the particular product doesn't have a review. For the products that do not have actual reviews, you should not worry about "Reviews" and "AggregateRating" warnings. They fire for any product without a review and it is only logical that some of your products won't have reviews. When we raised this issue to Google, they said these warnings can be ignored: https://www.searchenginejournal.com/structured-data-warnings/322467/

If you have a review app we’ve integrated and installed our app as well and there is no other schema interfering with our schema, please wait for Google to recrawl your page. You can ask Google to put your pages in a queue to be reindexed. This can take anywhere between a few days to a month or so. You can submit a sitemap to do this. You must do this step so that Google can know about your updated schema, and they can start showing rich snippets for your store.

Please note that if the product does have these warnings, you will not be able to benefit from displaying one of the most important items in the product snippet which are Review stars and AggregateRating on the Seach Engine Results Page(SERP).

However, if your case is different and the problem continues please kindly contact our support team and we will be able to diagnose your warnings in more detail.
