FAQ: Trial Period and Credits
Watch the Loom video here for a short guide on how our pricing structure works and how to skip the trial.
1) Can I skip the 7-day trial period?
A: Yes, you can skip the trial period. Simply reach out to our support team, and we will help you skip the trial. Afterward, cancel your current plan and re-upgrade to the same plan.
2) I subscribed to a plan, but why didn’t I get full credits during my trial?
A: When you subscribe to a higher Pro plan during your 7-day trial, you will receive initial credits, but not the full credits. This change was made because merchants canceled after using the full credits during the trial, which impacted us. Full credits are provided once the trial ends.
You can always skip the trial by following the process in point 1.
3) How does the monthly plan credit system work?
A: On the monthly plan, you'll receive credits each month based on your selected plan. These credits will be automatically renewed at the end of each 30-day period.
If you use up your credits before the month ends, you can upgrade to the yearly plan to get the full yearly credits right away. Plus, you'll get any applicable discounts on the yearly plan based on current promotions.
4) How do yearly credits work?
A: On the yearly plan, you’ll receive credits for the entire year immediately after your 7-day trial ends. You can also choose to skip the trial by contacting our support to receive your yearly credits right away.
5) How does the entire pricing structure work?
